Pada 9 April 2014 , sekolah SMJK Sam Tet telah menganjurkan satu perhimpunan yang ringkas di Dewan Brother John Moh bagi menyambut kedatangan pasukan sofbol Wong Kum Fook dari negara Hong Kong. Perhimpunan ini telah melibatkan pelajar Tingkatan 3 , 4 , dan 5. Tepat pada pukul 7.30 pagi, pasukan sofbol dari Hong Kong masuk ke dewan dan disambut baik kedatangan daripada semua umat Sam Tet. Mereka seterusnya dijemput duduk di atas pentas dan guru penasihat kelab sofbol telah memberi ucapan bagi meraikan majlis. Seterusnya , majils menjemput En. Lau Swee Mun bagi memberikan ucapan.Majlis in diakhiri , majlis pertukaran bendera telah dijalankan bagi menunjukkan persahabatan erat antara pasukan sofbol wong kum fook dengan SMJK Sam Tet.

On 9th of April 2015 , SMJK Sam Tet has held a small yet memorable assembly in the Brother John Moh's hall to welcome our guests from Hong Kong. This assembly involved the Form 3 ,4 and 5 students. By 7.30 in the morning , our guests , a team of softball players which mainly consist of young adults , marched into the school hall along with their teacher adviser and trainer. They were invited up to the stage and their arrival is welcomed by all the people of Sam Tet. Our school's softball club teacher adviser then later gave a speech following by our beloved principal Mr. Lau Swee Mun. This event was ended shortly after the flag changing ceremony between Wong Kum Fook softball team and SMJK Sam Tet.

在2015年4月9日， 三德中学在Brother John Moh 礼堂欢迎我们从香港来的贵宾。本次大会涉及了中三，中四和中五的学生。早上7.30 ，从香港来的垒球运动员随着老师顾问和培训师陆续步入礼堂。他们被邀请到舞台上就座。他们的到来被三德全体师生以掌声欢迎。我们学校的垒球俱乐部的顾问老 师后来上台演讲，之后就轮到我们敬爱的校长刘瑞文先生演讲。此仪式在黄锦福垒球队与三德中学兑换旗子的仪式下圆满结束。
