本校军铜乐队于2023年3月13日举办了一星期的训练营。此次训练的目的是为了提高队员的体力与耐力，训练操步的整齐性，练习演奏会曲目，并且增加队员之间的默契。在整个训练营中她们咬牙坚持，不轻言放弃，不断加强自身，以获得至高的荣耀。

     在风和日丽的早晨，队员们都陆陆续续在二楼课室拿好乐器后就到我校操场开始了跑步训练。此训练是为了提升队员们的体力以及耐力。由秘书点完名后，她们便在队长的带领下进行操步训练以便可以提高团队的整齐性。饭后上午11点，队员们回到二楼课室进行演奏会的训练由指挥以及教练不断地调整指导。此训练是为了增加队员们对演奏曲目的了解并演奏出完美的旋律。在训练营中，队员们有许多相处一起坚持的日子，使她们的感情相对其他的团体来说更为默契与亲密不分年级。队员们也在一日日的训练中不断进步，不断从错误中学习，激励自己努力，不拖累队员。队长也会队员们犯错时给予指导而当她们进步时也会及时给予称赞。不断的强调没有最好只有更好。在最后一天的训练营，大家一起拍了大合照，定格这美好的回忆。

     Our school's band held a one-week training camp on 13 March 2023. The purpose of this training is to improve the physical strength and endurance of the players, train the neatness of the steps, practice the repertoire of the concert, and increase the tacit understanding among the players. Throughout the training camp, they gritted their teeth and persisted, never giving up, and constantly strengthening themselves to achieve the highest glory.

     On a sunny morning, the team members picked up their instruments one after another in the classroom on the second floor and then went to the playground of our school to start running training. This training is to improve the physical strength and endurance of the team members. After being called by the secretary, they will conduct walking training under the leadership of the team leader to improve the orderliness of the team. At 11 a.m. after lunch, the team members returned to the classroom on the second floor for concert training. The conductor and coach continued to adjust and provide guidance. This training is to increase the team members' understanding of the repertoire and to play the perfect melody. In the training camp, the team members spent many days getting along and persevering together, which made their relationship more tacit and closer than other groups, regardless of grade. The team members are also making continuous progress in daily training, constantly learning from their mistakes, motivating themselves to work hard, and not dragging down the team members. The captain will also give guidance to the team members when they make mistakes and praise them when they make progress. Constantly emphasizing that there is no best, only better. On the last day of the training camp, everyone took a group photo together to freeze this beautiful memory.
