本校青年商会于2023年6月24日，中午12点至下午2点，在本校C3课室举办了一年一度的迎新会。该活动宗旨是为了向成员介绍青年商会，以此来增强成员们对JCI的了解，并通过破冰活动打破旧成员与新成员之间的隔阂。此次迎新会有2个活动部分，活动包括了JCI的分享会和破冰活动。她们邀请了JCI培训师 Autumn 女士来参加JCI共享活动。当天的培训师热情地分享了JCI的宏大历史, 辉煌成就和目标。随后，她们所邀请的第二位培训师 Khor 女士带领成员们进行了破冰活动。在此活动中，成员们进行了几场娱乐比赛，并且互相介绍自己，以让其他成员们能够认识彼此并结下友谊。破冰活动对成员之间的关系形成了团队合作基础, 以便在学会即将开展的活动中提高团队的合作精神。不仅如此，他们还可以更好的了解对方，培养彼此之间的默契，增进成员们之间的感情。通过此项活动，成员们还可以建立良好的人际关系。 更重要的是此活动可以让成员们在学校培养她们的语言表达能力致使她们能更好的融入群体。此项活动能够疏解成员们在学业里所面对的压力并让成员们能够深入了解我校青年商会的发展。

     On June 24, 2023, from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm, the Youth Chamber of Commerce of our school held an annual orientation meeting in classroom C3 of our school. The purpose of the event is to introduce JCI to members, to enhance members' understanding of JCI, and to break down the barriers between old members and new members through ice-breaking activities. There will be two activities in this orientation, including JCI sharing sessions and ice-breaking activities. They invited Ms. Autumn, a JCI trainer, to participate in the JCI sharing activities. The trainers on the day enthusiastically shared the grand history, brilliant achievements and goals of JCI. Then, the second trainer they invited, Ms. Khor, led the members in an ice-breaking activity. During the event, members had several fun matches and introduced themselves to each other so that other members could get to know each other and form friendships. The ice-breaking activities form the basis of teamwork for the relationship between members, so as to improve the spirit of teamwork in the upcoming activities of the society. Not only that, they can also get to know each other better, cultivate a tacit understanding between each other, and enhance the relationship between members. Through this activity, members can also establish good interpersonal relationships. More importantly, this activity allows members to develop their language skills at school so that they can better integrate into the group. This activity can relieve the pressure that members face in their studies and allow members to have an in-depth understanding of the development of the Junior Chamber of Commerce in our school.
