2023年6月10日，本校少年军所举办的独立日横幅设计比赛充分展现了团员们的团队合作、创造力和团结的精神。这样的活动不仅有助于促进团员之间的感情，还能培养她们的创意思维和团队合作能力。通过这次比赛，团员们有机会在合作中交流、沟通和共同完成一个创意项目，从而增进彼此之间的了解和友谊。每个团员都能够发挥自己的创意，将个人的想法和感觉融入到横幅设计中。这样的创作过程可以激发她们的艺术潜力，同时也鼓励她们尝试不同的创意方向。比赛的时间限制使得他们必须在有限的时间内合作完成任务，这也锻炼了她们的时间管理和团队协作能力。比赛结束后，将横幅作为纪念和回忆是一个很好的做法。这不仅可以让团员们保留下这次创作的成果，还能成为他们一段美好回忆的象征。此外，这些照片和横幅也可以在未来用于展示团队的活动成果，以及展示团员们的创意和努力。经此比赛，团员们不仅体验了创意和合作的过程，还在活动中培养了团队精神、沟通能力和责任感。这种经验对于他们的个人成长和未来的团队合作都会产生积极的影响。无论比赛成绩如何，团员们已经从中收获了更多，这将是他们在少年军中宝贵的回忆之一。

     On June 10th of 2023, an Independence Day Banner Design Contest organized by the Kadet Remaja Sekolah (KRS). It showcased the spirit of teamwork, creativity, and unity. Such an activity not only helps foster a sense of camaraderie among the members but also nurtures their creative thinking and teamwork abilities. Through this competition, the members had the opportunity to communicate, collaborate, and collectively complete a creative project, thereby enhancing their mutual understanding and friendships. Each member was able to unleash their creativity and incorporate their personal ideas and feelings into the banner designs. This creative process ignited their artistic potential and encouraged them to explore various creative directions. The time constraints of the competition compelled them to work together to complete the task within a limited timeframe, thus honing their time management and teamwork skills. After the competition concluded, using the banners as memorabilia and mementos was a wonderful practice. This not only allows the members to preserve the outcome of their creativity but also serves as a symbol of a cherished memory. Furthermore, these photos and banners can be used in the future to showcase the team's achievements and to highlight the members' creativity and efforts. Through this competition, the members not only experienced the process of creativity and collaboration but also cultivated team spirit, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility during the event. Such an experience will have a positive impact on their personal growth and their future endeavors involving teamwork. Regardless of the competition's outcome, the members have already gained more from the experience, making it a precious memory within their time in the KRS.
