     “领导力、经验、机会。”这就是狮子座的特质。而槟华女中青少狮会的目的就是培养出这些特质的青少年。青少狮会的成员体现了我们令人难以置信的组织的最佳品质。他们是忠诚的年轻人，认识到行动的力量。

     青少狮学会提供领导培训课程和工作坊，帮助学生们发展领导和组织能力。这包括项目管理、领导沟通、决策制定等技能的培养，以便他们在学校和社会中扮演积极的领导角色。本会积极于参与环保活动，如号召学生们废品回收和环保宣传，以维护我们的自然环境。

     青少狮和狮友共同形成了一种强大的合作伙伴关系——一种相互尊重的伙伴关系，狮友们可以从青少狮们的创新见解中学习，青少狮们可以利用那些已经成功服务世界数十年的人们的行之有效的策略。

     "Leadership, experience, opportunity." This is the characteristic of Leo. The purpose of the Leo Club of Penang Chinese Girls’ High School is to cultivate teenagers with these characteristics. The members of the Leo Club reflect the best qualities of our incredible organization. They are loyal young people who recognize the power of action.

     The Leo Club provides leadership training courses and workshops to help students develop leadership and organizational skills. This includes the cultivation of project management, leadership communication, decision-making and other skills so that they can play an active leadership role in school and society. The club actively participates in environmental protection activities, such as encouraging students to recycle and promote environmental protection to protect our natural environment.

     Young Lions and Lions have formed a strong, mutual and respectful partnership. Lions can learn from the innovative insights of Young Lions, who can take advantage of the effective strategies of those who have successfully served the world for decades.
