Apply for Yayasan Bursa Malaysia Scholarship Now!

Yayasan Bursa Malaysia Scholarship programme is designed to target best-in-class achievers who have obtained excellent results in major government examinations e.g. Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) or Matriculation, for sponsorship in local public or private universities.

Eligiblity of applicant

  • Malaysian citizen aged below 22 years old
  • secured a place at any local public or private university for a full-time undergraduate degree course for the 2011 intake
  • STPM results - minimum 2As and 2Bs; A levels - minimum 2As and 1B; or matriculation - minimum CGPA of 3.5 and above; or equivalent
  • proven records in extra-curricular and or social community service activities, preferably holding leadership positions.

Preference will be given to applicants who are or will be studying in the following disciplines:

  • Finance
  • accounting
  • economics
  • LAw (LLB and or Syariah)
  • IT
  • Engineering
  • Actuarial Science /Mathematics
