北海钟灵于金马仑办教师纾解压力课程 |

北海钟灵成功于五月廿九日至卅日在金马仑高原举办教师纾解压力课程。 当天出席的人数共六十三名，其中包括蔡华中校长、全体副校长及各部门主任。更难得的是本校前任校长林银海也拨冗出席。课程内容包括：压力产生的各种因素、如何面对各种压力，以及纾解压力的正确方法等。是项课程于金马仑的打那拉达举行，课程策划人为本校辅导主任舒永发老师。 SMJK Chung Ling Butterworth held an in-house course for its teachers on stress management at Cameron Highlands from 29-30 May, 2008. A total of 63 teachers, including the principal, Mr. Chuah Wah Teong, senior assistants, Mr. Tan Teik Leong, Mr. Loh Kooi Cheng, Mr. Hoo Boon Tat and Mr. Tan Kong Liang as well as our former principal, Mr. Lim Gin Hai took the opportunity to learn about types and causes of stress and how to manage stress. The course was held at the IJ Barre Centre in Tanah Rata. Mr. Su Wing Huat, the school counsellor was the main fascilitator for the whole course. |
