The Wawasan Building which is the Administration Block of the school was completed and declared open last year (2003). The hall, which is on Level Five is called the Siyuan Hall (from the Chinese proverb that extols the value of remembering the source of the water when we enjoy drinking it), to commemorate the gratitude of all the students who have passed through Chung Hwa. |
