跆拳道制服团体的诞生可以追溯到1991年，当时由卓越的钟德丰教练创建。而当时的校长则是备受尊敬的Lew Kong Phung先生。 自1995年至2011年期间，该组织有幸得到杰出的Teacher Sali的智慧指导，她担任了顾问老师的崇高职位。而目前的顾问老师则是Teacher Shalani，她已经连续服务了10年之久，为团体尽心尽力。 1995年，陈静雯担任主席，2001年，江佩雯接过主席的重任，2015年，黄子捷同样在这一位高位担纲，2020/2021年，张书康担任了主席，而在2021/2022学年，苏纬德担任主席，紧随其后的是2022/2023年，才俊之辈翁宇陞。如今郑翔键担任了2023/2024年的主席。 在跆拳道团最初创建时，只有约30名成员，如今，这一数字已扩展至令人瞩目的118名成员。其中，绝大多数的成员均拥有青带，而更令人瞩目的是，其中有5名成员是黑带。
在2013年6月14日举办的第19届槟城州跆拳道锦标赛中，本组织共有30位成员参赛，令人惊叹的是，其中有22位成员凭借出色的表现获奖。同时，本组织还于2014年5月24日举办了第13届校内跆拳道比赛，这场比赛在每一位团员中都引起了热烈的共鸣。 值得一提的是，在刚刚结束的第25届槟城州跆拳道锦标赛中，本组织的成员取得了耀眼的胜利，共获得2枚金牌、4枚银牌和6枚铜牌。这为我们的辉煌历史又添了浓墨重彩的一笔。
除了传授卓越的自卫技巧，本组织极其重视灌输一系列重要的原则和哲学，其中包括礼貌、毅力、自律、诚实和尊重。这些价值观构成了跆拳道练习者的基石，不仅有助于塑造强健的体魄，也锻造了坚韧不拔的内心坚韧。

In the annals of time, the genesis of the TaeKwon-Do club can be traced back to the illustrious year of 1991 when the venerable Senior Master Choong Teck Hong, a luminary in the realm of martial arts, breathed life into its inception. Leading this noble establishment during its nascent years was none other than the esteemed Mr Lew Kong Phung, who served as the erudite Headmaster. From the year 1995 through 2011, the organization had the privilege of the erudite guidance of the esteemed Ms Sali Chen, who held the prestigious role of consultant. Presently, the custodian of wisdom and knowledge, Ms Shalani Subramaniam, has graced us with her presence as the Teacher Advisor, a position she has held with great distinction for an impressive decade. In the academic year of 2020/2021, the mantle of leadership was assumed by the eminent Teoh Shu Kang, who took on the role of Chairman. Subsequently, in the academic year 2021/2022, the visionary Su Victor ascended to the presidency, and this was followed by the distinguished Eng Yu Shen in 2022/2023. Now the illustrious Chang Xiang Jian, reigns as the current President. When the TaeKwon-Do group was in its embryonic stage, it boasted a modest cohort of approximately 30 members, a number that has since flourished to an impressive tally of 118 members. The preponderance of these distinguished individuals has achieved the coveted status of green belts, while an elite cadre of five members has attained the pinnacle of mastery, possessing the coveted black belts.
During the grandeur of the 19th Penang State TaeKwon-Do Championship which convened on the auspicious date of June 14 2013, the organization, comprised of 30 distinguished members, displaying their unparalleled prowess. Remarkably, a resounding 22 of our illustrious members emerged as triumphant champions. Furthermore, in a display of unparalleled martial art finesse and magnificence, the organization proudly orchestrated the 13th Interschool TaeKwon-Do Competition on May 24, 2014. This spectacular event garnered resounding acclaim from each and every member. Notably, in the recently concluded 25th Penang State TaeKwon-Do Championship, our esteemed members, paragons of martial virtuosity, achieved a glorious victory by securing a total of 2 resplendent gold medals, 4 prestigious silver medals, and 6 distinguished bronze medals, thereby adding yet another chapter of triumph to our storied legacy.
In addition to imparting self-defence techniques, the organization places great importance on instilling a range of significant principles and philosophies. These include courtesy, perseverance, self-discipline, honesty, and respect. These values form the cornerstone of TaeKwon-Do practitioners, aiding in the cultivation of not only physical strength but also unwavering mental fortitude.
