| ‘Pertandingan Public Speaking Sekolah-sekolah Menengah kelompok M3 2016’ was held on 4th May at SMK Convent Pulau Tikus. 12 schools participated in this competition. Besides our school and the host school, other participating schools included 1) SMK St.George Girls' School 2) SMJK Perempuan Cina Pulau Pinang 3) SMJK Convent Datuk Keramat 4) SMK Al-Manshoor Perempuan 5) SMK Abdullah Munshi 6) SMK Tunku Puan Habshah 7) SMK Padang Polo 8) SMK(L)Methodist 9) SMK Sri Mutiara 10) SMA Tarbiah Islamiah In the first round, our representative, Tan Jie Rou, spoke on “Dare to Dream!” She urged the audience not to be afraid to dream and achieve what they desire. In the second round, she talked about ‘Wisdom comes from experiences’ in her impromptu speech. |
