恒中学生皇家警察部队一直秉持着“遵从法律，提高纪律”的宗旨。这个团体是由一群团结且有默契的队员所组成。每一次步操时，无论是例常练习或是比赛时都全力以赴，个个显出威武雄壮的气概，努力表现出最好的一面。队员每次的训练，不仅为了锻炼身体，更是体现了四个字，“团队精神”。
Heng Ee Royal Police Cadet (Kadet Polis Diraja in Bahasa Melayu) has been emphasizing on the objective of "Obeying Laws, Improving Disciplines". This unit is made up of a group of members who are united and always collaborating together. No matter during normal practices or competitions, every steps made by the members are of magnificient spirits, all members do their best to show everyone the best side of them. Every practices of the members are not just for body trainings, but is more to four words -- "Union", "Collaboration", "Cooperation" and lastly "Teamwork".
