武术少林是一种中国流传下来，动静结合、阴阳平衡、刚柔相济、神形兼备的一门艺术。恒中少林武术团成立宗旨是为了提高团员的自我防卫能力以及锻炼出更健康的体魄。杨师父指导特别拳术如罗汉拳，白鹤拳和顺风拳。每一次的表演，团员都全力以赴，希望把这个武术发扬光大，推广这个中华文化，放眼全球。通过武术少林团体的活动，培养了团员之间的默契，并从中培养出耐心和自律。武术少林团也会进行各类比赛，督促团员的学习进展，增进团员们的感情。
Wushu Sao Lim is a Chinese martial art combining static and dynamic binding, a balance of Yin and Yang, combination of flexible and rigidity, and unity of form and spirit. The aim of establishing the Wushu Sao Lim is to improve the members’ self-defense capability besides strengthening their body . Master Yeoh focusses on specific skills like louhan quan, baihe quan,and shunfeng quan.Wushu Sao Lim members put in a lot of effort to perform their best in order to bring to the development of Wushu Sao Lim to greater heights. During activities in Wushu Sao Lim,members are able to Develop a tacit mutual understanding between members,instill patience and self-discipline. Wushu Sao Lim also carries out various of competition to gauge their learning progress and enhance the friendly relationship of its members.
